Why you do not get up close & personal with someone with a knife:

If you're lucky you only spend a bunch of time in a hospital.  Not so lucky, you get crippled.  Not lucky, you're dead.  And it doesn't take long.

    Not lucky? The guy kept pushing himself into the front, and it looked like he was going for a two on one attack when he got stuck.
    I would want to see more footage from before but, why keep sticking your nose in that fight if you are not in that fight
