According to the kitchen scale, the Kimber Compact Aluminum

with a loaded 7-round mag and one in the chamber weighs right at two pounds.

    Interesting, the Kimber Compact Stainless II with 6 in the mag & 1up the spout weighs 2lb 7 oz. This on my trusty trigger pull guage.
