For anyone who has ever battled the overweight demon, not only do you make sure that your insides are empty before weighing, but you also get your hair cut short, trim your fingernails, and clean the lint out of your navel. Because as we all know, just like the overzealous backpackers, every single oz. counts, and we try and lose as many of them without actually using things like, you know, will power and exercise. I can say things like this now, because I am below the weight that I was when I graduated high school.
I got to work with a Soviet era engineer, and he used to weigh himself every time he took a company dump....he worked in a machine shop in Russia with over 10,000 employees, half of them drunk.
Only after doing the colon cleanse for a colonoscopy.
ReplyDeleteRoughly half of all people will admit to doing this, the other half are liars.

Nah, I only weigh myself afterwards, I don't need any data to know how waste-full I am.
ReplyDeleteNow that's funny.
ReplyDeleteI've done that. Both times it showed no loss. I gave up.
