Holy crap, the paperwork...

other day got a big bunch of "This is not a bill, it's a summary of what happened" from my insurance.  

I can't yell about the insurance itself, it's pretty good.  And it's why I'm not currently broke.  But the paperwork that comes through...  And every one has about 2-3 pages of "Here are your rights to appeal" stuff in two languages.

But they've done the coverage they're supposed to, so not going ton complain too much.
