I try to avoid celebrating terrorism and warcrimes. If Hezbollah found a way to blow up the cell phones of IDF soldiers, no one would be celebrating it. Also, remember that these are the dumbest (in the literal sense) of bombs possible, and there is no way that innocent bystanders were not harmed.
