Dammit, Gordon Lightfoot died
One of my favorite singers. I'll throw in one of my favorite songs. I first heard this as a kid, in the car, and it stuck with me. And it's a well done video
I don’t want to be Debby Downer or anything but not one of my favorite singers. (I grew up with a definite more hard rock, rock blues bent), but that video is very well done. Saw GL in concert and it was okay but I had a LOT more fun at David Bromberg’s concert.
As my best mate would say "he had his innings" and what innings they were. Sundown and Carefree Highway will still be sung and listened to long after this week's #1 rap recording is forgotten. Al_in_Ottawa
