    It appears that America is being served a " Cup of Trembling " just as we have filled the " Cup of Abomination ".

    A great book about the Mississippi "Rising Tide" (John M. Barry)

    Had a great geology class in college and humans will lose against nature when it comes to trying to control/tame rivers.

    There will come a flood some day that will either destroy all of NO or great parts of the upriver flood control will be deliberately destroyed to save NO.
