One thing I've tried in the past and it seemed to work well is the following:
- 1 cup HOT water - 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 Tbsp honey (I normally do a heaping Tbsp)
Mix it all together and then drink, about 30 minutes before bed, while still moderately hot/warm. I let it cool down one time to luke warm and couldn't stand the taste.
Don't know how it works but I got a very good night's sleep. I should start doing it again. Hope it helps.
