Some asshat judge further up the line will probably buy this clowns excuse,

but at least one judge was willing to say "You screwed up, and I'm not giving you protection from the consequences."

    Sadly you are correct....the criminal pinned to a badge will keep appealing till
    they find a judge to give them what they want. It's how it almost ALWAYS works
    for the states "Schutzstaffel". They are almost never held personally accountable
    for their crimes. Only the taxpayers get to pay for it.
