So the Dept. of 'Justice' won't prosecute McCabe

They can make all the 'We couldn't get a conviction because-' excuses they want, at this point I consider it swamp creatures taking care of one of their own.

It's also the Do'J' throwing away any remaining reason why anyone should trust them.  About anything.
