Pretty soon the Brits will be arresting gardeners

for having cutting tools with them as they go to work.

    There's already a case where a laborer was not only arrested but CONVICTED for having a utility knife on him on his way to (or from, I forget which) work. The knife was then RETURNED TO HIM BY THE COURT as it was recognized to be a necessary tool of his job.

    Let that one sink in for a bit....

    Crap. I knew about some guy being arrested for having that, didn't know the court returned it.

    How the hell can a judge do that and not kill himself for terminal idiocy?
