The Drug Enforcement Administration seized more than $4 billion in
cash from people suspected of drug activity over the last decade, but $3.2 billion of those seizures were never connected to any criminal charges.

In total, the Inspector General reports the DEA seized $4.15 billion
in cash since 2007, accounting for 80 percent of all Justice Department
cash seizures. Those figures do not include other property, such as cars
and electronics, which are favorite targets for seizure by law
enforcement.

ALL armed robbers is to kill them. As long as the practicioners of this abuse
can engage in it with personal immunity they have no incentive to stop. Want
it to stop? Make them pay a HUGE price......A personal price.
I travel one our states interstates regularly and see almost without fail one county's deputy's sitting in the median sometimes as many as 4 vehicles one of them being a K9 unit. They ignore speeders in general as far as I've seen but every stop (I've seen a bunch) they have the stopped car nearly disassembled with the occupants handcuffed while the dog sniffs their stuff. All about money.
