Customer Service, how it is done

Remember that Lee Auto Bench Prime tool?  Worked great with large primers, then tried doing some small and had a bunch of problems.

Looked at the primer assembly I'd taken out: clearly marked 'LG' for large, so the other one had to be the small.  Except when I took it out and looked at it, it was also marked 'LG'...

E-mail Lee: 'This happened, do I need to send one of the large back before you can send me a small?'
Response: 'Can you send us a picture of the parts you have(I'm assuming for 'make certain we send the right thing' purposes)?  We'll just send you what you need.'

I love dealing with companies that do this right.
