This.  Because your job, almost always is to get yourself and anyone you're with to safety, or if not safety to the least-dangerous place you can.

    And the lemmings run chanting, "blood and gore, blood and gore we're gonna see some blood and gore".
    Nothing bad ever happens to the spectators right.
