Today was going to be a range day, but I really don't want to stand that much, not to mention carrying the stuff in and out. Grocery shopping must be done later, I'll save the walking and standing for that.
Ask your doctor for Ketoprofen. It works far better, and longer, than Ibuprofen or Naproxen Sodium.
