Tell me again about the !(#&*$* wonders of the NHS

Nurses shouted at relatives who tried to give their dying loves ones a sip of water, an inquiry into the controversial Liverpool Care Pathway revealed today.

Ministers moved to scrap the end of life plan after a damning inquiry found it was being used as an excuse for poor care.

Dying patients were placed on the LCP without their families knowing, left for weeks and in some cases months, and denied water despite the pleading of loved ones to let them have a drink.
Luton sent me the link to this,  along with a breakables warning.

Remember, this is the system that Obama's minions endlessly praise and say we should copy.

On to some of the latest spewings by one of the racial grievance mongers(and first-class racists):
But owing to a tweet by James Taranto, I was pulled inexorably into reading this perfectly atrocious piece in The Nation by Aura Bogado, who covers “racial justice, native rights and immigration.” (“Natives,” in this context, probably does not include most people who were born in the United States.) The title of her piece is “White Supremacy Acquits George Zimmerman.” I’ll give you a few seconds to guess what Ms. Bogado has concluded from the not-guilty verdict.
...
So, to give a precis of Ms. Abogado’s logic: George Zimmerman is not white, but insofar as he does bad things, those bad things are “white.” No true Hispanic would be so racist as to shoot a black person; he is merely acting according to white societal hypnosis. This is textbook Whiteness Studies, according to which White = Bad, and Not White = Good, so that insofar as Not White = Bad, the Bad =/= Not White. It’s a neat and internally consistent little word game that people in academia and journalism play with one another. (See “No True Scotsman.”)

As to the RWPP dirtbags,
Let’s do the gruesome math, not out of morbidity, but because it manifests the incredible self-centered insanity of people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.
8,000-9,000 African-Americans are murdered each year.
93% of them by other African-Americans.
That’s 7,905 (from average)
That’s 21.65 murdered each day by other African-Americans.
And these racebaiting culture-hustling microphone-pimps only get riled up when a “White Hispanic” kills an African-American? It’s absolutely shameful.
It is.  And it's what they do best.

Someone explain exactly why we're supposed to trust either the IRS or the DoJ about ANYTHING anymore?
The Treasury Department has admitted for the first time that confidential tax records of several political candidates and campaign donors were improperly scrutinized by government officials, but the Justice Department has declined to prosecute any of the cases.

Its investigators also are probing two allegations that the Internal Revenue Service “targeted for audit candidates for public office,” the Treasury’s inspector general for tax administration, J. Russell George, has privately told Sen. Chuck Grassley.

By the way, that petition going around demanding the DoJ open a case on Zimmerman?  Yeah, that's the justice system we want: "We're all butthurt 'cause we didn't get the verdict we wanted, so go after him AGAIN!"

'Never let a crisis go to waste', y'know.
Well, that didn't take long. Within hours of the jury returning a verdict of not guilty of either second degree murder or manslaughter in George Zimmerman's trial for the killing of Trayvon Martin, forcible citizen disarmament, anti-self-defense groups made the claim that not only is the verdict wrong, but that it illustrates a need for more draconian gun laws.

  2. here in Rochester NY, every night we have black folks shooting black folks dead, but because it is black-on black, it's not a racial thing, as long as the magazine capacity doesn't exceed 7 rounds!!
