Looking back: Dogmatyx
Couple of years back I mentioned when sons' dog died. Told someone about him at the Schutenfest and there was a request for a picture. Turns out have very few of him, here's about the best

He was a handsome unusual looking fellow.

ReplyDeleteWolfhound plus beagle -- yes, that would be one crazy mix. One wonders how it was accomplished...
Once had a cat named Catmatyx, too.
ReplyDeleteApparently the people had a female wolfhound who was unusually small(for a wolfhound), the kind a breeder would sterilize. They just had her for a pet and didn't have her fixed, and there was this male beagle...
