I don't know about the patrol officers, but at least some of the brass and supervisors in the Omaha Police Dept.

suck.

This is a wonderful example of why registration- national, state or local- is a BAD idea. Again, it's not about public safety, it's about control.

    They know how their brass acts. At best they condone it.
