And, well, planning a study doesn't ...Old news. And, well, planning a <i>study</i> doesn't bother me, no matter what EPIC hypeventilates about.<br /><br />Seems like that's exactly the sort of thing that should be <i>studied</i>, because there are circumstances in which, if it's possible, it would be staggeringly useful and <i>not</i> a civil liberties concern.<br /><br />I want the State to study such a thing, for that reason - and I also demand they not <i>do the thing</i> in ordinary circumstances.<br /><br />(This reminds me of the periodic Surprised Hyperventilation over the fact that DoD has "plans" to invade Canada... <i>of course they do</i>.<br /><br />I want them to have and update such plans - just as I want them to <i>not use them</i> in any normal circumstance.)Sigivaldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16152366541957466049noreply@blogger.com
