You ship your missiles out on an "innocent but unfortunate mistake", the ordinance gets "lost", you launder it through a bunch of countries, hope the trail goes cold... and then ship it right back where it started from, giving you a clean, deniable weapon that you can blame on your enemies.<br /><br />Of course, this story is why I don't buy most false flag stories -- it is <b>hard</b> to do it without something going wrong somewhere (like this) and the whole plan coming apart.
