And if he gets off with a slap on the hand, it'll prove we can't trust them to deal with crap like this.
Because the woman did not prostrate herself in abject obeisance immediately she WILL be charged with resisting arrest, probably felony assault and I absolutely GUARANTEE this "use of force" will be found to be "within policy". I'll bet the farm on it.
