You can't d...S.34 is doomed right off the bat.<br /><br />You can't deny an enumerated right because of "suspicion"; that's a plain violation of due process.<br /><br />I suppose Sen. Lautenberg might have never heard of the 14th Amendment, but I can assure him that the Supreme Court has.<br /><br />(Even the so-called "no-fly list" for the non-enumerated right of travel doesn't <i>stop people on it from flying</i>; it just gets them extra scrutiny.<br /><br />Which is the only reason it survives, legally.)Sigivaldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16152366541957466049noreply@blogger.com
