Saturday night has arrived,

and so has the data dump.

This should get interesting

On Tuesday, D. James Kennedy Ministries (DJKM) filed a lawsuit against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the charity navigation organization GuideStar, and Amazon, for defamation, religious discrimination, and trafficking in falsehood. The SPLC listed DJKM as a "hate group," while GuideStar also categorized it in those terms, and Amazon kept the ministry off of its charity donation program, Amazon Smile.
The SPLC has been asking for someone to go after them, and Amazon and the others relying on them for something as serious as listing as a hate group was asking for trouble as well.  This may be the start of it.l

Meanwhile, in Berkeley, according to the leftists the speaker who's a gay Jew with a black boyfriend is a neo-nazi.
Yes, they really are that friggin' stupid.

Also,
Abdulqadir-Morris, meanwhile, absurdly declared that the public university has no obligation to the U.S. Constitution, but must honor its own “code of conduct which denounces hate speech.”
I can't wait for someone to use that code to go after him for his hate speech.

I think Pelosi considers the Constitution a problem to be gotten rid of, so why would she understand one of the more important parts of it?

On the contrary, guy, vile is exactly what we've come to expect of them.

Friday night, it's still wet out there,

and the mosquitos are bloody everywhere.  Therefore,

So, today it went from '30% chance of rain' while it was pouring

to '100% chance of rain, some heavy', which my rain gauge shows as just under 4".  Dammit.

Oh, the weather service official total is less than 1.5".

When one of the big gripes about a show is 'it's too American!',

tells you what they're really after.

Yeah, they're gonna shut down Dolly Parton.  In their dreams.

Well, this doesn't look good for Charlottesville.

Mayor Ted Wheeler announced on Twitter that Portland City Council unanimously approved police reforms that eliminate the “48-hour rule,” which previously provided officers who utilized deadly force two days until granting interviews or providing statements.
A lot of cities have rules like this, and it's ticked-off a lot of people.

Gelatin tests on some .38 Special, 9mm, .380, .22 and .32 Mag loads from snubbies.  Lots of penetration, almost none expanded.

In the Dark and Fascist State of New Jersey.  The hell they don't want to take your guns.

When I went to bed last night it was a 30% chance of rain today.  Woke up with it pouring, still showed that.  Now, with it still bloody raining(this friggin' storm keeps rebuilding just south of us) and there's a flash flood warning out, it's become '100% chance of rain'.  Bleep.

Relic hunters or Deity-cursed socialists?

I'm betting on the socialists.
Caretakers of one of Georgia’s oldest cemeteries say the scene was heart-breaking: A toddler’s bones were spilled on the ground. The uniform buried with a soldier in another plot was strewn on the ground.
And a lot of other damage.

For some things, I really have come to think we need to bring the whipping post back.

Finally got some bullets cast,

and a bunch of them lubed and sized; now I've got to get the rest of them.

And finish(in some cases 'do') the cleaning I've let slide.

But I won't mow; ground and grass too wet, it can wait a bit.

Since it's nice outside, the Security Staff wonder why they're not being taken to the lake; it's because they'd get even wetter than usual, and I don't want to deal with that right now.

But something shall be accomplished today.  Really.  I promise.
