I checked everywhere I could think of, and searched around, and everyone is out-of-stock on what I needed. So called S&W:
"Need a part for my pistol."
"What pistol? What part? What caliber? What's your address? It's in the mail."
Can't ask for better than that.

Springfield Armory is the same way.
Beretta USA is the same way, too.
Maybe that's why dealers don't stock the part; you can get it free with a phone call.

Apparently, from what I've read, they've got a new striker unit design/new steel, maybe it's because of the new design?
