Ever helped a first-class packrat clean out a garage?

Then you know that some relaxed study is just the thing for the aftermath

"No classified e-mails on my system"

The intelligence community has deemed some of Hillary Clinton’s emails “too damaging" to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.

The determination was first reported by Fox News, hours before the State Department formally announced Friday that seven email chains, found in 22 documents, will be withheld “in full” because they, in fact, contain “Top Secret” information.
And her supporters won't care.  Because Hillary!, and socialist.

Attention ANY police department: crap like this should not only result in your testimony being thrown out, it should result in perjury charges.  You're a lying bastard, and you're NOT helping matters.

Officer Robert Price, you're a shit

And you got off on the charge of animal cruelty(of course).  But at least you cost the city some money, and maybe that'll make the PD put a leash on shits like you.
A Colorado dog owner received $262,000 in a settlement over a police shooting of his dog, one of the largest-ever settlements in this type of case.

Officer Robert Price of Commerce City, Colo., shot and killed a dog in 2012 during response to a report of a “loose, vicious dog” while the owner, Gary Branson, was out of town, Allison Sylte reported for USA Today. The officer was found not guilty of animal cruelty, but a neighbor filmed the encounter, and the resulting video showed the dog, Chloe, cowering before three officers.
It's a start.  If departments start having to pay big settlements when one of their jerks hiding behind a badge kills a dog for no good reason, it'll maybe cause a change.  It'll take money, because most of them don't seem to give a damn about their officers killing a pet because they feel like it.

Friday night:

Let's just say between the various aches and injuries(long story) I'm staying in.  Always some new data available to distract from the woes.

It would appear that Carl Bogus, Professor of Law at Roger Williams U., is either an incompetent

teaching law, or a damned liar.  Make your choice.

As Mr. Huffman notes, Anti-gun people lie. It’s in their culture. It’s what they have to do to have any hope of making progress in their battle to eliminate our specific enumerated right to keep and bear arms.

If you were in a justified shooting, and missed with one round, that would be proof

to LAPD and the prosecutor that you can't be trusted with a gun; different standard for cops:
Prosecutors are declining to criminally charge against eight Los Angeles police officers who injured two innocent women after mistakenly riddling their pickup truck with more than 100 bullets during a manhunt for cop-turned-killer Christopher Dorner, according to a report released Wednesday.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said there was insufficient evidence to prove the officers acted unreasonably when they shot up the truck on Feb. 7, 2013, according to the report, dated Friday.
Let us remember: they were looking for a big black guy.  They opened fire on a truck of  different color, make, and size, with TWO WOMEN IN IT.  Why?
When one of the women threw a newspaper onto the pavement in the early-morning hours, an officer believing the sound was a gunshot opened fire. Officers unable to see clearly into the truck sprayed it with 103 rounds, and hit seven nearby homes and nine other vehicles with gunshots and shotgun pellets.
A bleeping newspaper hitting pavement.  Really.  Miracle both women weren't killed, and other people in houses and cars.  This was- I can't find the proper words for how stupid this was, yet there was insufficient evidence to prove the officers acted unreasonably.

Only Ones rules.

Yeah, it's been pointed out before: the bad guys are acting like conquerors

who haven't yet made it official.
Here’s what I think is going on: The refugees are acting as they are, not because they see themselves as charity cases, but because they see themselves as conquerors. They know perfectly well that one doesn’t defecate in a pool in which people (especially children) are swimming. They’re doing it because they are performing the literal equivalent of the expression “I don’t give a shit about you.” They know you’re not supposed to rape women . . . that is, unless those women are the products of conquest, in which case raping them is one of Mohamed’s commandments.

It’s almost funny seeing Europeans trying politely to teach their conquerors how not to treat those whom they have conquered. I wonder how long it will take before the Europeans figure out that they’re no longer in the driver’s seat. And then I wonder whether they’ll be able or willing to mount a counter-strike, or whether the twelve-hundred year-long Islamic jihad against Europe will finally have succeeded.

Let's see... something that's already illegal under federal law is considered a 'major concession'; they really want to give McAuliffe some cover, don't they?

Just how much power do bird cuisinarts use just to keep themselves operating?

Apparently feminists are so delicate and unstable that they should be in homes, or institutions, where all the things that offend them can be screened out.

Yeah, I'm a bad blogger

Blame it on the new exercises and stretches added together.  After finishing this last set, I may start referring to the PT as Irene Adler.

Imagine a U.S. president who is bombastic, egotistical, and just a little racist. He worries opening the borders will mean an influx of undesirables. He implements capricious executive orders, and seems more concerned with his own power than with the Constitution. He’s often called a fascist by people who know what the term means.

No, I’m not talking about Donald Trump. I’m talking about Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

If you're hooked up with CMP, be advised they have some M1 Carbines; they'll probably go fast.

"We need an enemy to distract from the Clinton problem.  Let's screw Petraeus over, that should do it."
Any pictures out there of Petraeus and Obama?  Might start watching to see if Petraeus disappears from them.

...“Of course the SVR got it all,” explained a high-ranking former KGB officer to me about EmailGate (the SVR is the post-Soviet successor to the KGB’s foreign intelligence arm). “I don’t know if we’re as good as we were in my time,” he added, “but even half-drunk the SVR could get those emails, they probably couldn’t believe how easy Hillary made it for them.”
And don't ignore the crap members of her staff pulled; some of them should be in jail as well.

Much like the number of bodies in Mexico connected to Gunwalker, we'll probably never find out about agents or local assets who wound up dead because Hillary wanted to hide what she was doing.

I was just reminded of this site, another good reply to "It takes a factory

to make guns!" crap.

Hundreds of badges, credentials, cell phones and guns belonging to Department of Homeland Security employees have been lost or stolen in recent years -- raising serious security concerns about the potential damage these missing items could do in the wrong hands.
...
The majority of the credentials belonged to employees of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), while others belonged to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) employees.

The lost or stolen guns also mostly belonged to CBP employees, though others were cited as belonging to TSA and ICE workers. The agencies all fall under DHS.
'serious security concerns'.  Ya think maybe?

And considering the number of DHS clowns who'd love to throw people whose firearms are stolen in jail for 'not properly security their firearms' wonder how many of these agents were charged?  Or fired?  Oh, that's right, those rules aren't for the minions of the .gov.

"It takes a factory to build guns!"

No, it doesn't.

And this is why 'social scientists' are so often considered to be bigoted fools.
Perkins published his findings last November in a book called The Welfare Trait (Palgrave Macmillan, £19.99), but you won’t have heard about it or seen it reviewed in any UK newspaper anywhere because his research has been judged to be off limits by the self-appointed guardians of the academic establishment and their outriders in the media. A senior editor of Nature, one of the leading academic journals, refused to consider it for review because she regards scientific research into the personalities of the long-term unemployed as ‘unethical’, and a sociology professor whom the publishers had asked to peer-review the book refused to do so on the grounds that any book linking benefit dependency to personality must be nonsense because personality is a ‘capitalist construct’.
Yeah.  Personality didn't exist until capitalism.  'Social scientist' pronouncement.

The University of Tulsa: hope you enjoy paying the settlement

And I hope it comes out of the pockets of the idiots responsible for this.

In (formerly Great)Britain, they actually have pre-crime charges and orders.  This is bullshit of such a high order it's already decomposed; the place is screwed.
The order - which was drawn up by magistrates in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, and extended in York - reads: "You must disclose the details of any female including her name, address and date of birth.

"You must do this at least 24 hours prior to any sexual activity taking place."

It also contains restrictions on his use of the internet and mobile phone devices and requires him to inform officers of any change of address.

A further court hearing in May will decide whether the interim order should be made into a full order, which has a minimum duration of two years and can last indefinitely.

Sexual risk orders were introduced in England and Wales in March last year and can be applied to any individual who the police believe poses a risk of sexual harm, even if they have never been convicted of a crime.
'Horrible' doesn't even begin to cover this.  But I bet it makes the 'social justice' people feel SO good.  And the cops.  You know, the people who didn't do squat about the mess in Rotherham(and if you think that's the only such instance...), but they can do this.

Jeez.

Among the reasons Doctors Without Borders does not get

unqualified admiration from me is idiocy like this.
“We have to wonder about the significance of wearing a kippa — not for that person,” Brauman said of the victim in Marserille, “as I have no reason to suspect him, but in society in general.” In addition to an affirmation of faith, Brauman said, wearing a kippah is “an affirmation of loyalty to the State of Israel, why not after all, but also, and this is much more problematic, a sign of a kind of allegiance to the policies of the state of Israel.”
Let me be blunt: this level of ignorance and/or bigotry is kind of amazing.  And Brauman is a fucking idiot.

Yay, I was able to run the tiller

and do some yardwork!

Crap, I ran the tiller and did some yardwork.

There we be no more of that for a couple of days.

Why don't these universities stop pretending

and just start calling their dorm 'advisers' commissars?

I don't really know whether to laugh or scream

Story here.

I'm sure that somehow the windmills are supposed to be able to offset having to use a friggin' chopper and lots of hot water or de-icer(which come from where?  Made how?) to try to put the damn things back in service.

Somebody who has his e-mail needs to get this to Lawdog

Haka at a wedding
The family and friends must really approve of the marriage.

A: They lie, they do want to destroy the ownership of arms.

B: They want to send people to kill you if you disagree with them*.
We could use a President who was, like, “OK. Everybody turn in all your guns tomorrow by 5 p.m. After that, if I catch you with a gun then I’m sending SEAL Team Six to your house with a recent Facebook picture of you and those tanks that shoot fire that we haven’t used since Waco — Ummm — I mean since World War II.”
Note that he thinks using flamethrowers on people is just fine.  Even makes a joke about 'slipping' on his mention of Waco.  Hilarious, he thinks.

*Other people.  Always.  They'd never put their own ass on the line, get their own hands dirty, that's for the servants of the State to do.
