Yes, you would, because your name isn't 'Clinton'

...Had I communicated this information not following the prescribed protocols I would have been prosecuted and imprisoned. Secretary Clinton, how can you expect those such as myself who are and were trusted with America’s most sensitive information to have any confidence in your leadership as president when you clearly corrupted our national security.
Her response was basically "Nothing had any big red 'CLASSIFIED' or 'TOP SECRET' stamps on it, like in the movies, so I never knowingly blah-blah."

"We are starting a series of lectures on free speech.  Don't bother us with how we threw conservative and libertarian speakers off campus, they don't count."

Questions for AG Lynch about the ransom payments; fat chance there'll be any real answers.

Some of this could be 'They shot, so I did!', but the start?  I'd say someone besides the PRC is sending messages.
On the night of July 7, seven American diplomats in Juba left a farewell dinner early and were headed back to the U.S. Embassy, anxious to avoid the city’s deepening chaos, when their two-car convoy was ambushed by the South Sudanese presidential guard of Salva Kiir.

South Sudanese troops fired between 50 and 100 rounds at the two armored SUVs as soon as they passed the presidential palace. No one in either vehicle, which included James Donegan, the second-highest ranking U.S. official in South Sudan, was hurt or killed in the attack, but it wasn’t for a lack of trying: Three separate clusters of South Sudanese soldiers unloaded on the unarmed diplomats’ vehicles. Eventually, a U.S. Marine rapid response team from the embassy had to fetch three of the waylaid Americans and their South Sudanese driver.
