New set of exercises

to add to the previous for the shoulder.  And it's amazing how some exercises that involve(ideally) no movement and no actual strength can take so much out of you.  Yeah, it means it's getting better, it's progress, but damn!  Took two months to get to this point, which is a bit discouraging.

At this rate, I may be back to full strength about the time spring starts moving aside for summer.
