Having managed the perilous drive to the bank

the other day, this is still a pain but at least I can drive again.  Short distances, and preferably when traffic is low; working a manual transmission with left-hand-only isn't a lot of fun.

Which reminded me I've got to fix/get my cruise control fixed; not a factor in-town, but I miss it on the highway.

Stitches come out in a couple of days, but it's gonna be a while, and take some doing, before I can do much with this arm.

In the meantime,
Screw the bureaucrats; they want to go around the law, the bastards are not in good position do bitch if other people do.

Yeah, tell me again about horrible Republicans playing with the rich.

"Well, no there was no rape, but you weren't supposed to tell anyone!"

If this is correct, those officers need to be in cells.
Of course, so did this one, based on the video and testimony; but she got away with it.

I had a boss once who had a nice needlepoint on the wall. "Never Let A Bureaucrat Win."

Good advise for us all.

Be diligent with the exercises for your arm, once you get to that stage. Both of my wrists have been operated on (carpal tunnel) and they remain stiffer than they should be to this day because I didn't do enough stretching in the beginning when it would have probably made big enough a difference. :)

Yeah, I keep getting two pieces of advice: "Do all the stuff as often as they say", and 'But don't overdo it'.

This is frustrating as hell. Some days if I don't wear the sling enough I wind up with shoulder-neck ache bad enough to really screw with trying to sleep, but I'm afraid wearing it ALL the time isn't a good idea either.
