Oh yeah, this is all going wonderfully!

Saudi Arabia said it shot down a Scud missile fired by Yemen's Shiite rebels and their allies early Saturday at a Saudi city that is home to a large air base, marking a major escalation in the monthslong war.

And I'm sure, since Dear Leader has assured us ISIL is the junior varsity, and being degraded and destroyed by all those bombs not dropped, that this 'billions available to get nukes' isn't anything to worry about...

Wonder if these idiots(the ones in the White House) have seriously considered what'll happen when some islamists smuggle a dirty or properly-working nuclear bomb across the border?  That's if they get caught; if they don't get caught until they're setting it, or if it goes off... these fools may think they can control the reaction, or use it somehow.  They may actually have no idea just what the blowback will be.

If you've followed any of the mess with the Hugo awards and Sad Puppies, you know what a mess it's become.  If you haven't, short version:
Larry Correia got tired of the Hugos being run by one small group, for one small group.  Started Sad Puppies to get more people to buy memberships so they could vote, so the one small group could no longer decide, based on if the author had the correct political views, who gets a Hugo.  The one small group completely lost their shit, and started calling names and lying, which has led to this from the creative director of Tor books:
Note that Sad Puppies includes, well, everyone: men, women straight, homosexual, whatever skin shade, they don't care; and Irene Gallo has openly called them all neo-nazis and racist and so forth.  Tor books doesn't seem to care that a member of their staff has done this.  Or that two prominent authors who are members of Sad Puppies are PUBLISHED by Tor; which means a member of Tor staff is making false, insulting, and possibly legally-actionable statements about two of their best-selling people...

The levels of stupid and fail involved here are just amazing.

And one more Obamacare exchange fails.  Miserably.

What's going on? This is the 2nd blog I've read this morning using ISIL. Read up on the true Levant and see that the term is misused here. It's sheer propaganda, please don't be complicit in that.
