Deputy U.S. Marshall Matt Wiggins, you're an arrogant fool. You could well have murdered an innocent; and if she'd shot you(as you deserved), she'd have been charged with a crime, because of your screwing up.
How about this: You raid the wrong address, or lie to get a warrant, or DON'T HAVE A WARRANT as in this case, qualified immunity is gone; damages come out of YOUR pocket, and you actually get prosecuted for the lie. That'd be a start.
