The cop- excuse me, former cop now- who shot the farmers' dog?

He's all butthurt about people being pissed about it.  And pointing him out.  And getting fired.

Well, Mr. Dooley, I  have some advice:

The other advice: DON'T SHOOT SOMEONES' DOG WITHOUT DAMNED GOOD REASON, YOU IDIOT.

As to his lawyer,
"This is clearly a political knee jerk reaction by the DA in Rains County and there’s no chance that this case will stand up in court," said Schulte. "It’s a legal impossibility because he was acting within the scope of his employment as a public servant....
Screw you too, Schulte.  Qualified immunity does NOT immunize him from any punishment for his actions; it can be yanked at any time*.  So piss off.

*Too many judges- and cops and prosecutors- think it means they can do damn near anything and get away with it; it would only take one or two judges reminding them that that's not true to make a BIG change.
