Life in the PROM:

On September 15, 2013 a man by the name of Kendall Green forced his way into the home of Matthew Pinkerton. Mr. Pinkerton shot and killed Mr. Green. Mr. Pinkerton is now being charged with 2nd degree murder in the state of Maryland. The resounding question that the authorities asked when they arrived and interrogated Mr. Pinkerton?
“Why didn’t you call the police?”
Apparently "Because I'd be dead if I'd grabbed the phone instead of a gun" doesn't count to the authorities there.

More information here, including
According to the DA, Pinkerton exhibited “bizarre behavior” by grabbing his weapon when an unexpected knock came to his door at 2AM that morning. And, because he failed to call 9-1-1 between the time Green kicked in his door and rushed him, he has now been charged with murder by the state.
The bizarre behavior comment is from Assistant State’s Attorney, Glen Neubauer, who apparently thinks holding a phone and pleading for your life is the only acceptable behavior.

I'd imagine there are LOTS of questions yet to be answered; I'd guess the BATFEIEIO is going by the Pelosi "We have to pass this so you can find out what's in it" method.
“While it may appear to some on the Internet that the NFATCA has ‘thrown folks under the bus,’ this is simply not the case,” the group protests, referring to a statement it issued in August when their role as catalyst for the rulemaking change was revealed.
This is pretty damn twisted up.

And a little more happiness[/sarcasm] this morning: some information on some of our most well-known hoplophobes, gun bigots and general dirtbags MDA, Salazar, Bloomberg and McCarthy.

The above found at War on Guns, along with the information that Matt Bracken's Castigo Cay is available for free download through today.

"We're the Only Ones trained and professional enough..."

If they don't hang this crap around "What does it matter?" Clinton's neck, they're fools.

Just read about this: the new Underground Railroad, to find kids kidnapped for sex slaves.  This is all I've got on it right now.

I've got a so-so picture of something for a post, I'm going to see if I can get a better one.  Plus groceries to look for, and I need stamps.  So I must leave you for now.
