Does the Las Vegas area attract asswipes in the guise of cops,

or what?
Henderson police arrested a family for refusing to let officers use their homes as lookouts for a domestic violence investigation of their neighbors, the family claims in court.
This is one of those 'Sue them for everything they have or ever will have.  And try to have their qualified immunity stripped, so it all comes out of THEIR OWN POCKETS.

And since the PD didn't do anything about it...'

The 3rd and 4th amendment aspects of this case are Well Established, meaning no qualified immunity for them. They can be personally liable.

Honestly, that PD needs to be disbanded and the state of Nevada needs to take it over until another, completely new PD can be hired. It's needs to be handled like the South in Reconstruction. If you were a Henderson cop before, you can never be a Henderson cop again. Period.
