Rep. Mitch Greenlick (D-Portland): incompetent or

a liar?
Yes, another one.
Even Rep. Mitch Greenlick, D-Portland, the chief sponsor of House Bill 3200, said the bill as introduced goes too far in not only banning the sale of these weapons but in limiting each gun owner to continue possessing just one of these firearms.

Greenlick said he also disagrees with a provision that would allow the state police to investigate gun owners who possess one of these weapons to make sure they are safely stored.

"In its current form, it's a pretty flawed bill," said Greenlick, adding that "I don't think [the bill] is in play."
So, just like Sens. Adam Kline and Jeanne Kohl-Welles in WA, Greenlick is either a liar or an incompetent; which do you think?

Awww, Nanny Bloomberg was treated with disrespect.  Schumer, too.

Damn.  And it's only taken the media, what, going on five years to have a problem with this crap!
“I had a young reporter asking tough, important questions of an Obama Cabinet secretary,” says one DC veteran. “She was doing her job, and they were trying to bully her. In an e-mail, they called her the vilest names — bitch, c–t, a–hole.” He complained and was told the matter would be investigated: “They were hemming and hawing, saying, ‘We’ll look into it.’ Nothing happened.”

Well, from what I've read the FDA has been in the way of both creating new meds and letting people use stuff for decades, it's just gotten worse the last while.

Let's start with "If someone has a terminal illness, they can try any experimental drug they wish."

Speaking of dirtbag politicians, we have  Freshman Sen. Phil Boyle, R-Suffolk County, NY, who
issued a news release on Friday detailing his change of heart, criticizing the way the bill was rushed through the Legislature. The new law—known as the Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act, or SAFE Act—violates the Second Amendment, Boyle claims.
Translation: "So many voters have announced they want me out of office for voting for this piece of crap that I'm changing my mind about it!"

NOW I'm out to carry the stuff; I thought I'd posted this but it was still in the Draft folder
