It appears the OK County DA has his priorities straight

Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said Wednesday he has fired two of his assistant district attorneys over their actions during a recent murder trial.

He said Pam Kimbrough and Stephanie Miller did not tell defense lawyers about a witness statement that could have been valuable to the defense case. Prater said he has forwarded information from his investigation to the state Attorney General's office for a possible criminal investigation. He also has sent the file to the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Now if we can get some federal prosecutors to have similar ethics with their assistants...

It would be interesting to find out if he found out about it on his own and did the right thing rather than hoping it would disappear, or if somebody on the defense team found out about it and the firing was just to save himself. Or if it was something in between.
