This is among the reasons why 'may issue' and letting the local LE head have complete say over who can and can't have(or keep) a firearms license of any kind is garbage.
*To those who may not have seen it before, People's Republic of Massachusetts . Also works for Maryland which is at least as much a hellhole for people who actually believe in those founding documents.
