Once again the UN and apologists are whining

that we haven't signed onto the Rights of the Child treaty; Volokh takes a look at some of the reasons he's glad we haven't, and thinks we shouldn't.

As a general rule, I reached the point a few years ago that if the UN & Co. demand "The US must sign this treaty!", I think
The treaty should be torn in half, and possibly pissed on before being mailed back to them, and
The UN should have our contribution to running the place cut by some percentage. Say 100%(that would be best, but I'd settle for 15% every time they make this demand).

Why no, I'm not a good 'citizen of the world'; not going to be, either.
