David Letterman really is a sorry pimple on the ass of mankind

Pacific Taping tonight's program in New York, Letterman made for him a lengthy explanation or clarification, though no apology. He said that his "joke" Monday about Palin's (unnamed) daughter getting "knocked up" by a professional baseball player was aimed at Palin's daughter, Bristol, who is 18, not Willow, who is 14 and attended the baseball game. "I would never, never make jokes about raping or having sex with a 14-year-old girl...Am I guilty of poor taste? Yes."
So, according to this sorry little shrunken-testicled boob, it's just fine to make jokes about the rape of Palin's 18-year-old daughter, but not the 14-year-old. Yeah. Right.

Letterman, you suck. Like a Rainbow plugged into a 220-volt circuit.

Down in the comments, the first one is by a clown named Peggy, who wrote
Sarah made her daughter and her out of wedlock pregnancy part of her political persona. Sure it's a cheap shot, but Sarah Palin is the one who put her daughter and her daughter's sexuality in the spotlight.
Let me explain something to you, Peggy, since you don't seem to be bright enough to figure it out: her family was on stage with her; that does NOT make them an open target. At least not to anyone with any moral sense or integrity.

And, as I recall, it was the Evil Party and the media who did the whole 'part of her political persona', she just noted she understood some of the hard things families go through, having this problem in their family(while the media who couldn't be bothered to question Obama about anything was sending teams to Alaska trying to dig up dirt). But according to you, that makes it open season on her kids? Uh huh. I'll bet you would've screamed bloody murder if anyone had said a word about Chelsea Clinton, wouldn't you?

Speaking of anti-Semitism, it's Jerry Falwell and other fundy leaders who've gleefully predicted that in the future EVERY nation will be against Israel (an international first?) and that TWO-THIRDS of all Jews will be killed, right?
Wrong! It's the ancient Jewish prophet Zechariah who predicted all this in the 13th and 14th chapters of his book! The last prophet, Malachi, explains the reason for this future Holocaust that'll outdo even Hitler's by stating that "Judah hath dealt treacherously" and "the Lord will cut off the man that doeth this" and asks "Why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother?"
Haven't evangelicals generally been the best friends of Israel and Jewish persons? Then please explain the recent filthy, hate-filled, back-stabbing tirades by David Letterman (and Sandra Bernhard) against a leading evangelical named Sarah Palin, and explain why most Jewish leaders have seemingly condoned Palin's continuing "crucifixion"!
While David and Sandra are tragically turning comedy into tragedy, they are also helping to speed up and fulfill the Final Holocaust a la Zechariah and Malachi, thus helping to make the Bible even more believable!

Wonder why Letterman doesn't make jokes about his out-of-wedlock baby and his now wife (previous shack-up? I used to watch Letterman when he started as a weatherman on an Indianapolis station. He was awful then and the years have not been kind to him since.

Or why, if it's so damn funny, he won't find their father and tell it? Oh, that's right, because Dad would kick his ass.

Anonymous, I'm not familiar with old Jewish prophets; the quotes you list sound more like something come up with for some anti-Jewish propaganda. Saying Jews "deal treacherously every man against his brother?"? No more than any other group, and less than some.

As to why so many Jews in the US and Europe seem to crap on their friends and offer their hands to enemies, I'll throw in a quote from Steve:
"It is no exaggeration to say that talking to liberal Jews about politics is like trying to engage a psychotic regarding the validity of his hallucinations. Their bizarre, blind insistence that the left is more hospitable to Jews and Israel can legitimately be described as a delusion. Jews want everyone to think they’re friendly and harmless and generous and lovable, and they are positive voting liberal will create the desired impression. Where they got the idea that liberals are nicer or more moral is an impenetrable mystery."
